IVM - Service for sending bills. Invoices via E-mail is mainly targeted to bigger companies, who have lots of private customers to whom they send monthly bills via e-mail and the bill is attached as a .pdf file or referred to with a link.
How does it work?
Customers business software will give out bills XMLs to IVM or XML and bills .pdf and URLs will be transmitted.
IVM will transmit e-mails and will attach the bill and marketing material if needed.
IVM will collect incorrect sendings and will forward those to postal service for printout.
How much does it cost?
Set-up: 520 – 1500€, depending on the number of forms and complexity. Also from the availability of XML.
Maintainace monthly fee: 100 – 1000€, depending on the number of bills and the need to generate and keep .pdf.
Forwarding bills: 0,02 – 0,05€ per bill.

The prices are approximate cause they depend on certain details. For example how many e-mail forms need to be created and tested for spam, how many rows does one bill .pdf have and if the bill is on one or several sheets etc. All different details will make the price.
The maintainance fee is for keeping track of infrastructure and updating software. We also solve all the current errors and problems the best way we can. Experience shows that this continuous support will prevent many problems and communication errors.
All our customers are confidential. We have been providing our IVM software since 2009. We haven`t been keeping track of all the sent bills, but there are millions of them and the number is growing every day. For example the amount of marketing letters which are sent through our system is aproximately 10 million per month. The criterias of forwarding marketing letters are less critical, therefore these two areas are technologically quite different.
