Newsletters can be very informative or giving you no information at all. Pictures are always more than 1000 words, yet giving less back to marketeers. Even worse, some people do not know how to click on "right click to download pictures" and they simply miss your good intentions telling them stories using appropriate pictures. 

Therefore we always suggest: profile your customers and their habits, how do they tend to read their emails. Design your email content according to your customers habits, not yours.
