I thought about it a couple of weeks ago and realized that Mikare CRM was/is one of the most solid and target oriented projects I have ever worked on during my whole 9-year career.

E-shops - eCommerce solutions
24x7 online marketing channel, where people can buy products and services without leaving the house. Software doesn`t need to be complicated and totally integrated, sometimes an easy solution is enough. For security reasons we have developed our own platform.
We have developed many different platforms to meet different needs. With every new project we consult with the customer and figure out what are the goals of this certain project. From this we work out the best solution. Only copy/paste may not work. Every company has it`s own unique salesprocess, aslo consumers have different preferences on searching the products. All this assignes the different structures of E-shops.
How does it work?
- System needs to be installed to the server. All product and content management including pictures, texts and menus is without extra cost.
- The logics of content management is very similar to MS Windows.
- Operating ESHOP doesn`t require any extra knowledge. Primary training is enough.

- E-shop is very easily managed and updated.
- Multilingual support.
- Currency support - displays different currencies if needed.
- Your own E-shop design.
- Marketing - E-shop will be found with different browsers.
- Supports different payment options.
- Products and shopping cart - 1-3 layers of categorisation, pictures in 3 different sizes etc.
- Different products and prices can be displayed for different customers when they log in.
- Option to display linked products.
- Registered user can see all his/her activity – previous orders, bills, credit etc.
- Warehouse management.
- Synchronizing data with your business software.
- Different options to calculate delivery cost- weight, amount, percentage etc.
- Register for giftcards and coupons.
- Unlimited number of different customer groups.
- Many addresses for one customer if needed.
- Updates can be sent to customers e-mail about his/her product, all activity is registered in the system.
- Easy import and export of data through XML interface, Excel or .cvs files.
- Security – sertification from Visa/MasterCard, support for secure SSL, compulsory password change if needed, limited accesses assigned by administrator if needed.
- Technical solution for our E-shop software - Php5, MySQL5. Database Schema can be given to our customer if needed.
