Mikare CSI will give you a system, where it is easy to manage your webpage content. We will give you design and easy structure, you just need to put in texts, pictures, videos etc.
How does it work?
System needs to be installed to server in order to use CMS and it needs to have design.
Software works on LAMP platform and needs FTP accesses and MySQL access.
All content management including pictures, texts and menus can be changed without extra cost.
The logics behind CMS is very similar to MS Windows.
Using CMS does not require any extra knowledge.
Mikare CMS can be used with Internet Explorer and Mozilla. Some other browsers may not work correctly, because their built-in functionality can be limited.
First user must log in to use the system. System allows you to do different operations related to content management. For security reasons you must log off after using.
System consists of two parts:
1) Public – everything that internet user can see in the webpage.
2) Administrative – System, where users/administrators can log in and make all the changes: text, menu, pictures. Clicking save will make changes in your webpage which is seen to public.
Mikare CMS functions
Content management is easy and logical.
Changing/adding texts, menus, hyperlinks, pictures can be done separately in different languages.
Sub-sheets can be created to sheets. The number of levels can be adjusted with every customer. For example Mikare has max 3 levels (Products – CSI – how to use – step by step)
The order of content can be changed easily.
Feedback form can be added to every sheet.
Feedback will be saved even when the e-mail goes to spam.
Search – entering even one letter will start search from all content. Results will be displayed by cathegories (sheets, customers etc.)
Main menu – Sheets, Data, News, Feedback, Users etc. Easy way to find what you are looking for.
Customers – It is possible to create customers, users who can log in and see sheets/information which is not public. For example different prices for long time partners, more detailed product information.
Sheets – Every sheet has unique info. It always has a heading, tag-s, keywords, descriptions and content for brausers to find your website.
Content of sheets – texts, charts, pictures, flash animations can be added to the content using WYSIWIG.
Content can be published in certain period. Gives an opportunity to prepare material before publishing.
Sheets can be deactivated if for some reason you don`t want to publish some sheets in web all the time. All Info and content will stay in the system and you can be activated any time.
Sheets can be deleted
Two types of user: Administrator has all rights. Can change, delete content and other users. Regular user can only change content.
Depending on the complexity of project Mikare CMS is devided to subdivisions. Our goal is to create the easiest system possible to every customer, so we remove everything unnessesary.
