How did I find out that Estonians are leaders in E-commerce

The discovery itself was pretty sudden and unexpected. I had my 2 girls at my home, playing and not going to sleep as it is summer time and here in Northern countries our summers are pretty light. In fact sun never goes down in June 24 when we have big holyday, but this is not the issue in this postage.
My bigger daughter is ~4 years old, younger is ~2 years old. And they played, made some heavy noise, but I was very busy. I was busy with making my first bank transfer using International bank service. To be exact it was Nordea this time. And I was very rooky in terms of using Nordea's netbanking. Please forgive me I don't recall its marketed name, but it was something I saw for the first time.
So my kids were playing late night ~21:00 ... 21:45. And I finally managed to make my first payment, I was really pleased ...untill I saw what my pretty angels had organized while I was so busy with making my first tarnsfer via Nordea's intenret banking solution.
Ok, what went wrong? My pretty girls looked like evil satanists, their faces were drawn with pens, their teeth were dark as my deepest secret, their nails shined as glossy jewlery and they were standing on living's room TV table. Yaah, I was kind of shocked, I even forgot to take pictures which I regret at the moment. I was more worried about furniture which was covered with different uncertain drawings and how would I explain this to the mother of my children who was outside gardening at the moment. Yaah, it took me a while to clean girls and living room from drawings and restructure every thing in the room.
The moral of the story?
Imagine how much my little precious girls accomplished while I was making 1 bank transfer?
Despite the fact that Hansapank was sold to Swedish owners and they renamed our national pride to Swedbank and we are not happy with Swedbank's different policies and customer service in certain cases. Also their leasing department plays dirty in some cases.
BUT what Swedbank has done superbly is their internet banking system. It had more usability in the last version, but then they had less functionalities in the system. What I wonder at most is how small country like Estonia has managed to develop state of the art banking system that is far more sophisticated than Scandinavian huge Nordea. I am not focusing on other aspects, just the internet banking solution. For comparision making 1 transfer in Swedbank in internet takes me as much I need to type in beneficiar's data and push confirm payment. It certainly takes not 45 minutes and it costs me less than cleaning my girls, my living room, my furniture, explaining wife why our kids are not in bed where they should be by now.
Maybe I was too hasty saying I do like Swedbank internet bank more, but I do like the solution's complexity, simplicity and ability to save my time for having more time with my kids and family instead of struggeling with my laptop for 45 minutes. I think there are some elements we all should learn.
