MIKARE NET is growing its market share vastly offering different products. Yet we can not provide local support and we do not know local environmetal context. Therefore we see our role in expansion mainly via resellers.

We do not see that every existing company could be our best reseller.
We have targeted out 2 main groups of reseller profiles.

  1. Analyze and profile most-likely target groups in your market.
  2. Collect target groups e-mails, phone numbers.
  3. Do advertisement in local web environments and portals, where target group can see your ad-s.
  4. Do email marketing campaigns to target group.

Sales process

  1. Analyze how your endcustomer will enefit from the product, what is the idea how can they can enforce their sales.
  2. Contact with Marketing Director/Manager and set up a meeting.
  3. Present your idea, refer to hundreds of clients who already work with us.
  4. Present the product.
  5. Ask did he/her understands your idea and the benefit using our product.
  6. Offer them trial period to ensure it really works and close the deal.

Trial period

  1. People do not trust things they have never used, lets give them the time to use and verify the benefit.
  2. During trial time, people constantly ask stupid questions, mark it down and prepare answers to these questions. These are weak spots in your website, marketing campaign, sales process, in our product development.
  3. Deal with that valuable feedback, send us all issues concerned product development so we can enhance the product.
  4. Provide maximum support within sending out first 2-5 campaigns. Experience shows that later emarketeers follow the "happy track" and copy actions that gave them easiest and best result.
  5. Outstanding customer support gives them security to make positive decision start using the product.

Usage period

  1. Since trial period, monitor and analyze customer's actions, their sending quantity and density of traffic.
  2. Suggest better plans to increase the benefit what customer receives.
  3. Analyze and suggest other supportive producs that maximise customer's happiness.
